Living History days, finds identification afternoons, a programme of talks and many children's activities are just some of the fun activities and events that are held throughout the year.

Summer Half Term Event – Jack's Beanstalk BonanzaChildren's fun crafts and activities on the theme of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Tickets £2.50, please book early to avoid disappointment.
Saturday 6th July 2 drop in sessions 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm
Bronze Age BraidsThe chance to see and handle various forms of woad and ancient braiding and weaving. Also try out some ancient braiding techniques to try such as simple flat braids. Free workshop.

Children's Activities and Crafts1st – Fen characters and boat making Make a paper or card lighter and simple figure or character and then decorate with lots of fun art. Also learn about some different Fen characters and what their lives would entail.
8th, 15th 22nd – Children's crafts and activities – more details to follow
29th – Furry Fun Day! Woodgreen are returning to Ely Museum and bringing some of their small furry friends. There will be pet toy making and answering any questions you may have about your pets.
£1.00 per child – drop in session between 11am & 3pm – no need top book.
